Terms & Conditions

All prices quoted are per item including UK duty and VAT unless otherwise stated.
If you are unable to visit our shop, then orders may be placed via email, phone or fax or through our secure online ordering.
If a wine ordered is out of stock, we shall contact you to suggest an alternative, or to let you know the delay before the wine is back in stock.
Payment is due on order.
Local deliveries are free upon receipt of payment for goods. (in and around Hurstpierpoint - minimum quantity may apply)
Nationwide deliveries - we aim to send items out within 24 hrs of receipt of order on our next-day delivery service, subject to goods being in stock. If the wine is required urgently, then please contact us directly.
To calculate the delivery costs to your area, please add the wine you would like to purchase to the shopping basket, enter your postcode and the delivery charge will be calculated. The rate varies for different parts of the country.
Deliveries require a signature, so please ensure that there will be someone there to receive the wine on the day it is delivered.
Claims for breakages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
All goods are offered subject to remaining unsold.
Large volume discounts may apply. Please contact us for further information.
All goods remain the property of South Downs Cellars until payment has been received in full.

Easy Wine cases are priced between £60.00 and £70.99 per 12 bottles including VAT
You will receive our standard case discount of 5% on each Easy case, PLUS a free case of wine, after purchasing 11 of our Easy Wine cases.
To qualify for your free case, you must sign up with our Easy Wine Club, to receive your Easy Wine case at regular intervals. For more information, please contact us.
You are entitled to buy as many or as few Easy Wine cases as you wish each month.
The wines will all be taken from our range, and will be a varied selection from around the world, with an equal balance of red and white wines in the Easy Mixed case, and 4 different red wines in the Easy Red case.
Wines will normally be delivered to you within 2 working days of receipt of payment, subject to availability.
