At least once in everyone's lifetime there is the opportunity to celebrate a really important birthday or anniversary, and what better way to do it than with a bottle from the year in question? Choose from our selection of wines, ports, cognacs, armagnacs and whiskies.
For people with anniversaries or important birthdays in 2005, it will be necessary to consider an anniversary bottle of Port, Cognac, Armagnac or Whisky, since the years 1987, 1984 and 1965 were all very poor years for wine. 1955 produced some stunning wines from Bordeaux and Sauternes and if stored well will still be drinking beautifully. Unfortunately supply is extremely limited. More easily available and reasonably priced are the following:
Bottles can be obtained from almost any vintage and sent to the person of your choice in a wooden presentation box for a small extra charge.
