At Domaine Dupuy de Lome they hold the greatest respect for the land. No synthetic pesticides are used (unless out of complete neccessity due to vintage conditions), but weed control and pesticide treatments are based on natural products. The estate rose is a blend of 70% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache and 10% Cinsault from vines grown on terraced vineyards on both limestone and clay. It is a glossy salmon colour with an intense and complex nose of fruit, flowers and minerals. Fresh and full in the mouth with a long, dry finish.
