Ch de Brigue Signature Rose
The 2011 Signature Rose is 45% Cinsaut and 45% Mourvèdre with the rest of the blend made up of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine undergoes gentle pressing and extraction to obtain a light, natural colour. It is orangey pink with terrific aromas of fresh strawberry with citrus and white stone fruits on the palate which is round with an impressively long finish.
