A very small proportion of the Jaqueson's Estate is made up of 30 year old Aligote vines. Fermented and aged in oak the wine also underwent malolactic fermentation in barrel with regular stirring of the lees. The resulting wine displays a a combination of classic crisp green apple and citrus fruit, but with the added creamy depth and complexity of the barrel aging and lees stirring.
