Brilliant in color with bright yellow and silver hues. Marked notes of citrus fruits and fresh herbs. In the mouth marked acidity, very fresh and mineral. It combines perfectly with aromatic and spicy foods such as Thai food, also with seafood such as oysters and fresh white fish. It complements well with many appetizers and first courses, nuts, fresh cheeses with olive oil and fresh herbs.
