This Champagne was disgorged in January 2016, and bottled with a dosage of 1.5g/l dosage. 100% Chardonnay, this wine has the perfect balance between power and freshness. With fruit vinified in oak barrels, the wine then benefits from the extended ageing on its lees to reveal complex layers of aromas whilst preserving a lovely freshness. The is refined and elegant yet powerful and multi-layered. A truly outstanding Champagne.
