Description
The glass distillation column is equipped with a stack of six copper bubble plates. During distillation the English wheat spirit evaporates and passes through each o fthe six copper bubble plates in turn. Each time the gas passes through a bubble plate it condenses back to a liquid and drips back down the column. Only the cleanest of spirits make it to the top of the sixth bubble plate. This is collected to make an exeptionally smooth vodka.
