Description

A polished straw yellow with a delicate green edge. On the nose, it is delicate and very floral (the highest percentage of Malvasia is noticeable compared to 2020) with citrus, mandarin peel and mineral character. Fat and wide palate, lots of length and freshness. It is a gastronomic wine to accompany meaty fish, poultry and other full-flavoured white meats like Secreto de Cerdo! We recommend that it should be opened half an hour before serving so that it has a chance to breathe and is also not too cold! It is still young and will reach its peak around 2026.
