They had it in mind that bringing a gluten-free beer to their output was the sensible thing to do for what felt like an eternity, and thanks to advancements in our brewing technology they’re delighted to bring Pine to the Polly’s party. Wrapped up in the style that they know and trust best, this pale ale encapsulates everything Polly's have grown their reputation to over the last six years, but safe for those with an intolerance to the products in their regular output. Not cutting any corners here, we’ve brought Mosaic Spectrum, Idaho 7 and Chinook to the dance on this beer to creat a pale ale positively bursting with tropical, pineapple and clean pine notes.

Founded in 2018 as a two-man operation working out of a converted stable on a rickety, wood-bound brew kit, Polly's Brew Co. have rapidly grown since day one to where they find ourselves today – in a brewery twelve times the size of they original brew space, capable of brewing up to eight times a week, looking after the livelihoods of fourteen incredibly talented team members.
