Description

The award-winning Greensand Ridge London Dry Gin is aged in European oak casks which have previously been used to age Pedro Ximenez sweet sherry. The sweet, spicy and intensly rich character of the PX cask is layered on top of the already complex and aromatic gin to present a spirit crammed with raisin, treacle and sun-baked pine, creating a spirit which confounds and delights.
