Little Pomona Orchard & Cidery Hard Rain Hopped Edition

Made with the second pressing of apples with the addition of spring water, this is our modern interpretation of the old historic drink, ciderkin.

Here we used Dabinett, spontaneously fermented in tank on top of apple lees, later infused with some of our favourite hops, Bramling Cross and Cascade, grown by our friends at Brook House Farm, before bottle conditioning.

Naturally low in alcohol, it’s super refreshing, almost shandy-like to drink, but with distinct citrus and berry fruit notes from the hops. A true summer crusher!

Contains naturally occurring sediment. Store upright, chill well and pour gently.

This recreation of ciderkin, an old drink of agriculture, is designed to slake a thirst and is well matched with one.
