This whisky is finished in 1st fill Amontillado hogsheads for 13 months before bottling. It is bursting with tropical fruits - passionfruit, mango and papaya, with subtle notes of salt, barley and mellow caramel undertones on the nose. On the palate, ripe passionfruit, mango and raspberry are at the forefront, balanced perfectly by rich toffee and salted caramel.
