Jester King Brewery Figlet

We are absolutely delighted announce the arrival of Jester King, one of the legends of the US mixed fermentation scene.

Figlet is a farmhouse ale with smoked figs from the world-famous Franklin BBQ!

This year we got some beautiful, plump, juicy central Texas figs and smoked them in the pits at Franklin BBQ in Austin. We added them during secondary fermentation to a rich, malty, Märzen-inspired farmhouse ale. The figs imparted a beautifully fruity, smokey, savory component to one of the favorite beers we make!
