Filipa Pato and William Wouters philosophy is simple: create authentic wines without make-up. Focus on indigenous grapes only. Baga, Bical, Arinto, Cercial and Maria Gomes. They practice biodymanic viticultural practices and minimal intervention, focusing on let the grapes express the true nature of the vineyards from which they come.

The grapes are handpicked from different vineyards. Whole bunches pressed, fermented with indigenous yeast in temperature controlled tanks. 10% is fermented in casks of French oak

Brilliant straw yellow, pears on the nose with hints of thyme and rosemary. Complex and crunchy with citrus notes balanced by nutty flavors and a creamy, chalky minerality.
