Coming off two years where everyone saturated themselves with release after release of ultra-high abv beers, Polly's decided to go back to square one and create something a little more on the sessionable side of things; something that you can go back to again and again without having to worry about your head the next morning. Featuring two hop varietals that have followed Polly's every year of their existence in Citra and Simcoe, this beer bursts with the usual Polly’s checklist – tropical, juicy, and sweet vibes from Simcoe, but much more balanced and approachable thanks to the pithy citrus, orange peel and lemon notes brought to the table by Citra.

Founded in 2018 as a two-man operation working out of a converted stable on a rickety, wood-bound brew kit, Polly's Brew Co. have rapidly grown since day one to where they find ourselves today – in a brewery twelve times the size of they original brew space, capable of brewing up to eight times a week, looking after the livelihoods of fourteen incredibly talented team members.
