Producer Details
Domaine de Gry-Sablon`s winemaker, Dominique Morel, produces wines from 12 different appellations across 18 hectares in Beaujolais. He works his vineyards sustainably and almost all work is done by hand. In the cellar he uses natural yeast and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, seeking to preserve the pure character of his fruit. His wines are vibrant and fruit driven, with good colour and concentration on the palate.
