Specially selected Portos are chosen for ageing in wooden casks, gradual exposure to air, concentrates the flavours and matures the ruby colours to amber, creating the rare and delicious Sandeman 30 Years Old Tawny. The ageing process intensifies the fruit creating the complex flavours characteristic of Tawny Porto. "A delicate, floral edge to the molasses richness that is found on the nose. The palate is full, sweet and creamy, and packed with texture and nut and fig flavours. This is fully integrated and nicely balanced. Rich and impressive." Chris Kissack, 18 points.

Producer Details
There are few more iconic images in the world of wine than the ‘Don’, the logo created for the Sandeman family in 1928 by George Massiot Brown. The cape was modelled on the attire worn by students of the University of Porto, while the sombrero was a nod to the family’s presence in Jerez.
