Light straw yellow with green reflexes Fresh and fruity, with clear notes of exotic fruits, elegant and delicate floral perfume towards the end. Medium bodied, good structured and full flavoured with good persistence and balance. Delicate fish based starters, crustaceans, fish risotto, spaghetti “ai frutti di mare”. Roasted line fish, salmon, delicate white meats and fresh cheese. Excellent as an aperitif.
