Anares Rioja Reserva, Bodegas Olarra
Description
The Anares Reserva is made from Tempranillo (75%), Garnacha (10%), with the rest made up from Mazuelo and Graciano. The vines are around 20 years old and and the resulting wine sees 18 months in oak. A classic Reserva Rioja, it has an aromatic complexity with red fruits and smokiness leading to a gamey aroma. In the mouth it has great structure with a good fruit intensity and fine, mature tannins. A long, elegant finish.
