A fresh, elegant and thoughtful wild ferment from equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris.
This wine has an expression of mixed creamy layers of red fruits and yellow stone fruit, such as bright red strawberries, young cherries, freshly cut mango and ripening banana. Medium refreshing acidity with medium body with generous midpalate texture.
