Description
Brewed with the legendary Birrificio Italiano from Lombardy, this Italian-inspired Pilsner showcases Ernest and UK Cascade from Kent’s Hukins Hop Farm, alongside German Spalter Select. The result is a beautifully refined lager with a lean malt backbone and an elegant dry-hop character, bursting with hedgerow blossom and lemon peel before finishing with classic noble spice.

Producer Details
Beak are a small independent brewery and taproom in the historic brewing town of Lewes. They love making everything from hop-forward IPAs and best bitters to saisons and imperial stouts. Beak also have a mixed fermentation project centered around a 5,000 litre oak foudre, which they use to create beers that showcase ingredients from the surrounding South Downs National Park, including native hops, wild yeast strains and grain grown just down the road.
