Vines are trellised and planted in shale soils bordering the Swartland Region. The juice is fermented on skins in stainless steel tanks to maintain the fruit and spicy flavours intact. Aromas of spice and blackcurrant cassis, which lead to rich dark fruit flavours, a touch of spice and a long finish.
