Producer Details
Kerisac, cidre makers for 4 generations! Kerisac is located in the Isac Valley in Guenrouet by Edmond Guillet in 1920. Although today teh company belongs to the Agrial cooperative, the commerical department remains under the management of Laurent Guillet, who is the great-grandson of Edmond. Thus, the company retains the family tradition but is updated with the latest innovations of its era. The "patriarch adage" summarises the whole philosophy of Kerisac's style: a great variety of apples from Breton soil are selected with extreme rigour and the juice blending is done with much love an care, for that reason the company's slogan is "Apples & Talent" Today Kerisac works with 50 apple producers and has 40 employees and regularly receives top medals in leading wine & cider Competitions.
