Description
Intense straw yellow colour with nuanced golden and green tones. Spicy aromas emerge immediately on the nose, giving way to a rainbow of overflowing floral and fruit aromas. Acacia and vine flowers together with local and exotic, ripe fruit. Silky in the mouth, velvety and mellifluous, with freshness and sweet spices imparted by selected wood used during aging. The finish wins over the drinker with its length and its terroir expression.

Having fallen in love with Puglia, Giovanni Battista Cantele and his wife Teresa Manara decided to move to Salento to establish a winery in the 1950s. The whole family is now involved in the business and carries on the legacy with the same passion and energy. The aim is to redefine Puglia’s wines and show its unique terroirs with wines of great intensity, precision and freshness.
