Named after the most famous of apes we had to go all out. Simcoe and Citra hot side and a huge 20g/l dry hop in the hop rocket of Citra, Simcoe, Azacca and Idaho 7 giving a beautiful taste of mango, pineapple, tangerine and passionfruit with a tropical fruit and citrus aroma burst.
