60% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier, aged on its lees for 5 years before disgorgement. Made by top English winemaker, Dermot Sugrue. Crisp with green apple and brioche notes, with crisp, linear acidity and autolytic character.
