The Rondo is whole bunch pressed and fermented in Stainless Steel tanks to preserve the rich berry fruits. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are whole bunch pressed and aged in French oak 225L barrels to add smooth structure and body. There are aromas of Citrus, Mulberry, blackcurrants and strawberries coupled with delicious summer fruit freshness on the palate. Enjoy on its own or with grilled shellfish, salade niÃ§oise, paella, rustic pÃ¢tÃ©s and terrines, charcuterie and sheepâ€™s cheese. Medium bodied dry wine.
