Strata, Mosaic, Columbus cryo Inspired by both classic and modern West Coast IPAs, this westy gets a touch of caramel malt for subtle sweetness and a rich orange colour. Strata, Mosaic and Columbus Cryo bring notes of grapefruit, blood orange and pine sap which is rounded out by a firm but smooth bitterness.
