The style is aimed at being a replica of their iconic leaded Apocalyptic Thunder Juice 6.5% NEIPA.
Coming in at 0.5%, this Hazy IPA is 100% Mosaic (Incognito & Spectrum) It's got a thick velvet mouthfeel and with ample sweetness from the lactose.
With strong hints of stone & tropical fruits on the palette to offset an assertive bitterness.
High-temperature fermentation generates lush stone-fruit aromas, with a hint of dankness.
The product is also pasteurised post packaging to ensure stability.
