This hazy IPA blends the sweet pineapple and blueberry from our selected Mosaic hops, Simcoe for resinous structure and grapefruit pith, all amped up with a megablend of NZ hops - pungent and dank Waimea, weedy Nectaron, and the bright passion fruit of our selected Nelson Sauvin.

Producer Details
Beak are a small independent brewery and taproom in the historic brewing town of Lewes. They love making everything from hop-forward IPAs and best bitters to saisons and imperial stouts. Beak also have a mixed fermentation project centered around a 5,000 litre oak foudre, which they use to create beers that showcase ingredients from the surrounding South Downs National Park, including native hops, wild yeast strains and grain grown just down the road.
