This is a classic blend from Alsace including 33% Gewurztraminer, 30% Sylvaner, 17% Pinot Blanc, 7% Pinot Gris, 7% Riesling and 6% Muscat a Petits Grains. An ideal aperitif - dry yet ideal with food. On the nose there are delicate aromatic notes of plum, rosewater, citrus and quince, which are accompanied by spicy notes on the palate and a delicate, fresh, aromatic finish.
