Inzolia, Curatolo Arini
Description
The Inzolia (AKA Ansonica) is sourced from vineyards planted around 500m above sea level in the Chirchiaro area near Salemi. After destemming and crushing, the grapes are macerated for a few hours before being softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine spends a few weeks on its lees before bottling, resulting in a fresh and vibrant expression with beautiful aromatics and a clear sense of place.

Producer Details
In 1875 Vito Curatolo Arini decided to build a winery in the middle of his vineyards to follow his dream of making Marsala wine. The name of the company was born from the union of the founder’s surname, Curatolo, with that of his mother, Arini. Today, after five generations, Vito’s dream is kept alive with the same passion by his direct descendants Riccardo and Alexandra. Cantina Lavis
