Description
This voluptuous Juliénas comes from the vines grown at the lieu-dit Le Clos. The vineyard here is extremely steepening (up to 60%) which gives it an excellent exposure to the sun.
The colour is deep garnet and the nose is generous, with little red fruits and floral aromas. On the palate, it is rich with silky tanins and a long finish.
For a proper tasting, serve it between 15 and 16°C. For a good wine and food matching, go for red meat, game, coq au vin, cheese platters and desserts.

Domaine de la Creuze Noire is situated in Leynes, just at the border between the hillsides of Mâconnais and the slopes of Beaujolais. It is here, in one of the most beautiful vineyards of France, that the Martin family runs more than 32 hectares of vines, with origins going back 5 generations.
