Description
An intergalactic IPA brewed with huge amounts of Citra and Mosaic.
Taste: Sweet hops dominate, with a light malt backbone underneath. Tropical fruits and fresh citrus make up the bulk of this nectar like beer, with juicy notes and a low bitterness clearing the way for another glass.
Nose: Huge notes of papaya, lychee, lime zest, and pineapple dominate, with a strong undercurrent of freshly picked citrus and passionfruit.
Appearance:Hazy yellow with a white head.
Hops: Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, Vic Secret
Malts: Pilsner Zero, flaked wheat, flaked oats

Põhjala Brewery is a craft brewery in Tallinn, Estonia. Its name is Estonian for "northern realm". It is the largest craft brewery in the Baltic states and the only one to have been included in the Ratebeer "top 100" list of world breweries. Põhjala beers are inspired by their heritage, local nature and cuisine. They take well‑known beer styles and add their own distinctive twist with surprising ingredients or long barrel aging.
