A stylish, fresh red, with spiced black raspberry and black currant fruit and accents of green olive, dried thyme and sweet smoke, finely meshed with long, supple tannins. Medium- to full-bodied, this shows good focus and length. A blend of 60% Carignan with the balance made up of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot

Producer Details
Agricola Punica is based in the rugged hills of southern Sardinia. The project was created as a collaboration between the Sardinian Santadi family; Dr Giacomo Tachis, the oenologist considered the architect of the Super-Tuscan movement; and Marquis Incisa Della Rocchetta, winemaker of Sassicaia.
