Assyrtiko is deservedly Greece's most well-known white variety and Stamatis Mylonas has produced a world class version from the Attica hillside. The aromas are intense and well-defined - citrus and white blossom together with a lovely salinity. The taught palate has a huge array of complex citrus fruit with chalk and mineral notes that keep the flavours razor sharp. A truly remarkable Assyrtiko and incredibly good value!
