Pale-oton European IPA, Brew York
Description
To celebrate ten years of challenging convention, Brew York’s 10th Birthday Series brings together ten international collaborators, each paired with a cultural figure whose work helped reshape creativity, craft, and culture.
Introducing Pale-oton, brewed with Green Gold Brewing — a vibrant European IPA inspired by four-time Tour de France champion Tadej Pogačar. Bursting with tropical fruit, bright citrus and zesty grapefruit, balanced by a subtle marmalade sweetness, this crisp and refreshing IPA captures the bold, attacking spirit of one of cycling’s greatest modern champions.

Producer Details
Brew York was founded in 2016 by friends Wayne Smith and Lee Grabham. The two met at a mutual friend’s stag do and began home-brewing together after sharing their love and passion for craft beer, and Brew York was born not long after. They may well be well-known for our quirky and playful approach to brewing, but everything Brew York do is done with passion and attention to detail.
