Pay It No Mind Pale, Closet Brewing
Description
Referencing the famous quote by trans activist and community organiser Marsha P. Johnson, Pay It No Mind felt like the perfect name for a beer designed to bring two queer-owned businesses together.
In homage to Ms. Johnson’s iconic flower crowns, this beer uses Fleur Jaune yeast (translation: Yellow Flower), alongside Krush, Mosaic and Bru-1 hops for notes of tropical fruit, tangerine and pineapple.
A portion of the proceeds from every can sold goes to support our collaborators, Studio Lutalica, and their Designing for Trans Futures fundraiser.
