Taking its name from the main driving flavour, this is the perfect G&T crowd pleaser. Packed full of fresh pink grapefruit, Cox's Pippin apples and Conference pears alongside juniper and liquorice. The resulting gin has a bold hit of citrus from the grapefruit, washed clean by the refreshing green fruits of the apples and pears. The juniper and wormwood provide a long-lasting, fresh finish. Best served with Fever Tree Elderflower or Mediterranean tonic with a slice of pink grapefruit or apple, and plenty of ice.
