This is a delightfully smooth, light Rum with notes on the nose of vanilla, ripe tropical fruits leading to a long, warm finish on the palate. The Premium Silver Rum is twice pot-distilled and the care taken over the slow fermentation and the precise control over the "Heads" and "Tails" cuts gives this Rum a unique character.
