Description

HALF BOTTLE. The perfume on the nose is filled with elegant aromas; including red fruits, especially cherry, aromatic herbs, up to more spicy scents. The acidity of the wine keeps this sweet red well-balanced, with both a sweet component and is never too sharp.

Only the best grapes of the best vintages are destined for this wine; the withering is extended to 150 days, then the grapes are gently pinched and fermented in open tonneau for about 2 months. A soft pressing is made and then the wine is placed in new tonneau where it matures for 2 years. After bottling, the wine refines in the bottle for a further year.
