Description
38% fermented in oak, 4% in amphorae with 4 months lees ageing, the balancing 58% fermented in stainless steel with 14 months ageing in tank. This is a well-balanced wine with both ripeness and minerality. Aromas of pear, honeysuckle and pineapple fill the nose, with candied lime, tangerine and wet stone displayed on the palate. It is medium-bodied with a lively acidity and a moreish finish.
