Made from a grape-based spirit, this gin is flavoured with locally foraged botanicals from the farm in South-West France. On the nose, it is fragrant, full of aromas with undertones of rose petal and Toulouse violet. On the palate, the initial flavours of juniper and goji berries are accompanied by a hint of raspberry, with spicy notes apparent on the long finish.
