Description
Guyot system and grape selection are used to maintain the freshness in the wine. In the cellar, grapes are cooled and undergo maceration in contact with the skins for up to 15 hours. After pneumatique pressing and fermentation, the wine is conserved on the lees to retain maximum freshness. Dry, fresh and vivacious white with zesty aromatics and a tropical fruit palate. Wonderful depth of flavour and a zippy finish.
