Description
This is a typical wine of the region, Szamorodni, is made by processing overripe, partially aszu-ripened grape clusters due to the favorable late autumn weather. Its special character, reminiscent of walknuts and almonds, is given by the 20 month maturation under a special yeast membrane, which took place in Sezerdnyei-type barrels made of Zemplen oak.
