Description
Pretty dry for Vouvray (9g/l. RS), but with bracing acidity to match it. Lemon citrus and yellow and while floral notes permeate the nose. The palate is brisk with juicy, quince-like acidity. Certified organic in the vineyards, but also practising biodynamic viticulture.
