Wilderness are a family run brewery based in mid Wales, founded by James in 2017.
Thet don’t rush into things, they like to let nature do the talking. Wilderness make wild little beers and co-ferments, experimenting with new ingredients, seasonality, barrel ageing, and mixed fermentation.
They brew and package all our beer in house, and condition in bottles or cans and the beers are vegan friendly.
