The White Pinot is our newest wine, the latest evolution of our White Pinot Noir. This expression is a blend of the red sparkling wine varietals Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. A light, crisp, colour, fruit forward and intense on the nose with
notes of wild strawberry, melon and cherry. In the mouth, the wine is smooth and exceptionally well balanced with a soft fresh finish. With a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier this example is great to drink on its own or with food.
