Autumn Tasting Series 3: River Deep, Mountain High

Examine how elevation shapes character. The tasting line-up will demonstrate one of the aspects of terroir - French concept for a sense of place and people. Taste your way up the mountainside to discover how intense sunlight, cooler alpine air, and dramatic diurnal temperature shifts influence acidity, body, and aroma.
